Updated Top 25 College Baseball Rankings

Top 25 teams largely fared well in Week 2, winning nearly 74% of their games.

Michigan, which entered the week ranked No. 25, was the only squad to drop out of Baseball America’s poll after it lost all three of its weekend games at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. Alabama replaces the Wolverines and debuts in the poll at No. 25 after a perfect 5-0 mark in Week 2.

HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR FSU’S ACE

Florida State’s Jamie Arnold Chases Greatness

Jamie Arnold was up to more of his usual dominance this past weekend, as the Florida State ace tossed five scoreless innings against Penn on Friday, striking out eight and allowing only two hits.

As Jacob Rudner writes, Arnold is embracing the spotlight and associated pressure with being one of the nation’s top college arms and a candidate to be the first pitcher off the board in the 2025 MLB Draft.
