How Top 2025 MLB Draft Prospects Can Improve Their Stock

For the ninth straight year, Baseball America is taking a look first-round talent at the start of the draft cycle to identify areas for growth for players to solidify or boost their draft stock throughout the spring season.

Last year, notable up-arrow players included eventual first-rounders like Charlie Condon, Chase Burns and Hagen Smith. Check out the updated list to see what the top 30 players in this year’s class have on their draft stock to-do list entering the the 2025 season.

SEC Coaches Wary Of Eliminating Divisions

In spite of the preference of its baseball coaches, the SEC has opted for a division-less scheduling format beginning in 2025, the ramifications of which will be felt all season long.
