Now, we’re closing out the month with an update to our team-by-team Top 30 rankings that reflects newly-signed international free agents from Jan. 15 and recent trades that have sent top prospects to new clubs.

All 97 Players Eligible To Earn Prospect PPI Draft Picks In 2026

Last year, MLB’s Prospect Promotion Incentive program resulted in a pair of teams—the Braves for Drake Baldwin and the Astros for Hunter Brown—receiving extra draft picks inside the first 30 selections to use this summer.

Looking ahead to this season, Baseball America has compiled the list of all 97 players who will be eligible to earn their teams PPI picks in 2027.

Predicting the College World Series field is never as simple as identifying the eight most talented teams in the country and penciling them into Omaha. But it’s never too early to keep our eyes peeled for potential sleepers, either.
