Top 2026 HS Player Rankings By State

With the 2026 MLB Draft fast approaching, Baseball America is breaking down the top high school talent across North America with a complete, state-by-state ranking of the 2026 class.

Our compiled lists aggregate more than 1,100 players across the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada, providing a centralized hub for the top prep prospects in the class. Each list is built from BA’s extensive scouting coverage, combining firsthand looks with industry feedback to evaluate players based on long-term major league potential.

While the highest-ranked players project as early-round draft candidates, these lists also highlight a deep pool of college-bound talent with the ability to develop into future Division I impact players.
