Top 30 Prospects For Every Team
Baseball America’s first Top 30 update of 2026 is here, expanding our preseason rankings to include all new reports for the top 900 prospects in the game.
This marks the earliest point on the calendar we have ever published full Top 30 prospect lists, making BA the only place to find prospect rankings this comprehensive for every organization this time of year.
Click through to each team below for updated scouting reports, tool grades and more. Also be sure to order our 2026 Prospect Handbook, which is available in digital copies now.
SLEEPERS TO KNOW
1 Sleeper Prospect For Each Team In 2026
With our new 2026 Top 30 rankings now live, it’s a great time to dig into team lists to find some picks to click for every organization.
With that in mind, we’ve identified one sleeper prospect in each MLB system who could take a significant step forward in 2026. For the purposes of the exercise, a sleeper is defined as any prospect-eligible player who does not rank within his organization’s Top 10 prospects.
After identifying names like Cam Schlittler and David Davalillo in this exercise last year, be sure to check out the full list below to see who might be ready for a breakout in 2026.

FIRST-YEAR PLAYER DRAFTS
New Top 100 FYPD Rankings For 2026
Dynasty baseball draft season is upon us, which means our updated 2026 First-Year Player Draft rankings are also ready to roll.
The new edition expands the player list to the top 100 players available to dynasty managers in FYPDs, including top international prospects expected to sign on Jan. 15 and recent MLB free agent signings coming over from NPB and KPB. That includes our new No. 1 name, Astros righthander Tatsuya Imai. Click below to see who else rounds out the list.
2021 MLB REDRAFT
Mookie Betts Goes 1-1 In Our 2021 Redraft
The last few offseasons, BA draft expect Carlos Collazo has done redraft exercises as a way to revisit old drafts, see what we can learn and figure out which teams did well and which did poorly. And since we don’t like to judge new drafts without hindsight, taking a long long back to the 2021 MLB Draft should provide plenty of useful perspective.
The 2011 class was led by a group of six players atop a deep and talented draft class overall: Anthony Rendon, Dylan Bundy, Gerrit Cole, Danny Hultzen, Trevor Bauer and Bubba Starling. The top six ranked players went inside the first six picks, and three of those players—Cole, Rendon, Bauer—remain in our redraft today.
