Mets Kick Off Top 10 Prospects Rollout
We’re launching our roll out of Baseball America’s Top 10 Prospects for every National League team heading into 2026 with a stroll through the NL East and a look at the New York Mets.
The top of the Mets system is headlined by Nolan McLean, a major league-ready righthander who was New York’s best pitcher down the stretch this season.

Arizona Fall League Hot Sheet: Week 4
Baseball America has continued our weekly Hot Sheet installments into the fall by ranking the 10 hottest prospects in the Arizona Fall League each week.
Nationals outfielder Sam Petersen missed time on both the front and back end of the 2025 season, but when he was in the lineup this year, he hit. This has held true in the AFL, as Petersen has found success with his aggressive barrel-hunting style of hitting. This past week, the 22-year-old slugged his way to the top of the AFL weekly leaderboard with two doubles and two home runs across five games.
