The MLB Draft cycle continues to heat up here at Baseball America, highlighted by Carlos Collazo’s recent 2.0 mock draft and the latest expansion of our 2026 rankings due out later this week.

Ryan Wideman Tops The Hot Sheet
Baseball America’s Hot Sheet ranks the hottest prospects from the previous week while also identifying a weekly helium player to keep tabs on.
The latest Hot Sheet is topped by Ryan Wideman, the Padres outfielder who destroyed opposing pitchers this past week to lead Low-A Lake Elsinore to a sweep in a six-game series. The 22-year-old slashed .478/.600/1.000, collecting 11 hits, including a pair of homers and four doubles, while raising his OPS almost 250 points.

NCAA TOP 25
New Top 25 College Baseball Rankings
The Top 25 held firm in Week 11, with the top eight teams all taking care of business and remaining unchanged entering Week 12.
Five teams—Florida State, Florida, West Virginia, Alabama and Virginia—posted losing weeks, while six others split their games. Virginia and Liberty fell out of the poll and were replaced by returners Cincinnati and Tennessee, both of which were last ranked in Week 7.
