While the Baseball America Prospect Handbook dives deep into the rankings with scouting reports for the 900 best prospects in the game, each year there are even more names to know who didn’t make the final cut.
Though not Top 30 Prospects, these players shouldn’t be overlooked. Many are flawed and relatively unknown, but some will inevitably go on to make major league impacts in the future thanks to their intriguing mixes of tools and traits.
