New College Top 25 Rankings
League play is nearing for Top 25 teams as they wrap up their final nonconference tuneups. This is a critical time for teams as they gauge early-season performance, deal with lingering injuries and prepare for the step-up in competition that comes with facing off against familiar conference foes.
Last week, ranked teams went 79-24, with four clubs—No. 11 Ole Miss, No. 16 Coastal Carolina, No. 22 Miami and No. 25 Vanderbilt—posting losing weekends. Vanderbilt is the only team to exit the rankings after failing to secure a weekend win. Undefeated USC replaced the Commodores.
