Thayron Liranzo didn’t travel far when the Dodgers traded him to the Tigers in the Jack Flaherty trade. He was playing for Great Lakes in the Midwest League and moved to West Michigan in the same league. But the trade has transformed him at the plate.

The new Tigers backstop headlines today’s Hot Sheet after a scorching week where he hit over .600 with three homers.
