International Reviews For All 30 Teams

Opening Day for the Dominican Summer League is here and so are Baseball America’s annual International Reviews, which offer the most in-depth information available anywhere on 2025 international signings and serve as an essential preview of the prospects to watch in the DSL.

Below, you can find Ben Badler’s international reviews featuring scouting reports on over 300 players, including top signings and sleepers for all 30 teams.

Kevin McGonigle Tops The Hot Sheet

Baseball America’s Hot Sheet ranks the 20 hottest prospects from the previous week while also identifying a weekly helium player to keep tabs on.

Topping this week’s Hot Sheet is Kevin McGonigle, the sweet-swinging Tigers shortstop who is back from injury and tearing up the Midwest League to the tune of a .591/.679/.864 line this past week.

As always, we’ll be hosting our weekly Hot Sheet Show on YouTube at 3:30 p.m. ET on Monday followed by a Hot Sheet prospects chat on Tuesday at 2 p.m. ET.
