After a successful debut last year, MLB’s highly-popular Spring Breakout series returns for what figures to be a star-studded encore in 2025.

This year’s games are set to begin on Thursday, March 13 and will include 16 matchups over four days featuring some of the game’s biggest minor league stars such as Roman Anthony, Kristian Campbell, Jesus Made, Leodalis De Vries and lots more.

Top Spring Breakout Prospects To Watch

With so many talented and exciting young players scheduled to participate in this year’s Spring Breakout series, it might be difficult deciding which ones should get your attention.

To help navigate next week’s slate of games, Josh Norris & Geoff Pontes have provided a rundown of intriguing prospects to keep tabs on, from players ready to break out in 2025 to youngsters champing at the bit to get their first taste of pro ball:

Every Top 100 Prospect On Spring Breakout Rosters

More than two-thirds of Baseball America’s Top 100 Prospects will participate in the Spring Breakout games this year, including five of the top 10.

The Red Sox have three top 15 prospects slated to play (OF Roman Anthony, 2B/OF Kristian Campbell and SS Marcelo Mayer), while the Tigers have a pair of top 25 prospects playing (OF Max Clark and 2B Kevin McGonigle). The Mariners and the Rays have the most Top 100 Prospects who will participate with six each.
