2026 Breakout Prospects For Every Team
Every year, a handful of players ranked outside the top 10 in their respective farm systems improve their stock and vault up prospect rankings. Today, we’re identifying prospects for every organization who have the potential to make a jump in 2026.
Breakout candidates we’ve highlighted in this exercise over the past few years include eventual Top 100 Prospects like Nolan McLean, Payton Tolle, Samuel Basallo, Josue De Paula, Rainiel Rodriguez, Franklin Arias and Cam Schlittler.

Sleeper Draft Prospects For Every Top 25 Team
Last week, we presented our college baseball preseason Top 25, topped by UCLA. And while Bruins shortstop Roch Cholowsky leads a long list of premier names among Top 25 teams, our rankings also feature a number under-the-radar draft prospects worth keeping an eye on in 2026.
To that end, Jacob Rudner has compiled a list of one sleeper draft pick to know from each Top 25 team. While these players don’t project as headliners at the outset, each has a defining trait or opportunity that could shift how they are evaluated as the season unfolds.
