Each of the past three years, Geoff Pontes has presented a list of his top pitching prospect breakout candidates during the opening days of the new season.

The hit rate for the exercise has been impressive, resulting in a long list of future Top 100 names like Mason Miller, Jarlin Susana, Brody Hopkins, Payton Tolle, Thomas White, Brandon Sproat, Carlos Lagrange, Ryan Sloan and Jonah Tong.

New Top 100 2027 College Draft Rankings

It’s draft board update season here at Baseball America, and the latest list to get a refresh is our 2027 college draft prospect rankings.

Featuring a brand new name in the No. 1 slot and updated in-season scouting reports for all 100 players on the board, our new 2027 rankings give BA subscribers a sneak peek at the fast-rising names draft analysts will be clamoring for this time next year.

Field Of 64 Bracket Projections (April 8)

With league play roughly halfway through in the power conferences, resumes are starting to take a more defined shape in our latest in-season Field of 64 bracket.
