10 Top International Prospects For 2026

With names like Jesús Made, Leo De Vries and Sebastian Walcott ranked highly on the Top 100 Prospects list, it’s easy to see the importance of international signings and how quickly the best IFAs can rise among the game’s elite prospects.

With that in mind, Baseball America international expert Ben Badler has compiled a list of 10 standout players to watch in the lead up to the 2026 signing period in January. Highlights include:

A quarter of the way through the minor league season, many key metrics have standardized to the point of being able to give us some signal to identify true skill gainers.

When it comes to 90th percentile EV, miss rate and chase rate, a number of trending players stand out, including:

  • An A’s 2024 draftee who is only player to appear on multiple lists

  • A Brewers shortstop who is one of 2025’s true breakout stars

Updated Field Of 64 Projections (May 21)

Conference tournaments are underway across the country and less than a week remains before the official NCAA Tournament bracket is announced on Selection Monday.

Beginning today, Baseball America will be publishing daily Field of 64 updates so as to present the best, most up-to-date look at the projected bracket.

In our latest Field of 64, the SEC maintained its grip as the nation’s leading conference with 13 bids, while the ACC held steady with 10 bids.

10 Spring Training Standouts Who Have Continued To Impress

Each spring, Baseball America talks to scouts in Florida and Arizona to see which prospects are piquing their interest on the backfields. For the first time, this year’s list went 100 players deep.
